Our training services

We offered various kind of OSH services such as OSH trainings, OSH consultancy and OSH system management. KSAFE focused on major OSH compliance such as :

OSH Coordinator (OSH-C)

Section 29A, Occupational Safety & Health Act (2022 Amendment), All employers that employed 5 workers and above need to appoint OSH-Coordinator at their workplace. Failure to appoint occupational safety and health coordinator (OSH-C) ensues a fine not exceeding RM50,000.00 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or both. This is mandatory for all industries.

Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment & Risk Control (HIRARC)

Section 18B, Occupational Safety & Health Act (2022 Amendment), All company need to conduct risk assessment at their workplace area. Every employer, self-employed person or principal shall conduct a risk assessment in relation to the safety and health risk posed to any person who may be affected by his undertaking at the place of work. Failure to comply wil be ensues a fine not exceeding RM500,000.00 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.

OSH Training

We offered various type of training related to OSH all around Sabah & Labuan. In order to comply with the latest Occupational Safety & Health Act (2022 Amendment), various training are required for companies or employers to attend for the proper understanding of the latest amendment OSHA law. KSAFE also offered various OSH training program such as PPE Training, Emergency & Respond Plan Training, HIRARC Training, Basic Rigging and Slinging Training, Chemical Spillage Training, Chemical Handling Training, Accident and Investigation Training and many more.

Contractor Continuous Development (CCD Point CIDB)

In order to renew contractor CIDB license, each contractor need to attend CCD Point Training and gained enough CCD Point. KSAFE offered CIDB CCD Point Training regularly and KSAFE are registered training provider with CIDB.

We specialize in delivering comprehensive Occupational Safety & Health Training, tailored to meet the specific needs of your industry, ensuring compliance and enhancing workplace safety.

OSH Coordinator is a 3 days program, the course content is 11 topics based on the guideline given by Jabatan Keselamatan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (JKKP). 

HIRARC training is a 2 days program, we will teach participants proper method on how to use HIRARC, understanding how to identify hazards and many more in order to comply with Section 18B, Occupational Safety & Health Act (2022 Amendment).  The training consist of understanding of law, methods, presentation & practical.

OSH Training usually takes around 1 or 2 days of training to increase awareness and understanding of OSH at workplace area. There are several types of training such as PPE Training, Working At Height Training, First Aid Training, Chemical Spillage Training, Emergency Respond Plan and many more.

1 day program (10 CCD Point) & 2 days program (20 CCD Point) are a training for contractors that registered under CIDB.
